1.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these terms.

2. Event Participation

2.1 By booking a ticket to a Pleasure Medicine event, you agree to participate in a respectful, non-disruptive, and consensual manner.

2.2 Pleasure Medicine events are strictly drug and alcohol-free. Attendees under the influence will be refused entry.

2.3 Our events are non-sexual in nature and are rooted in embodiment, movement, and connection. Consent and boundaries must be respected at all times.

2.4 We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, or comfort of others.

3. Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Tickets must be purchased in advance via our designated ticket platform.

3.2 Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible for a refund or transfer to a future date. We do not offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

3.3 In the event that Pleasure Medicine cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in the activities.

4.2 You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing. We encourage you to participate at your own pace and to seek support if needed.

4.3 Our facilitators are trained in creating safe and inclusive spaces, but they are not acting as medical or therapeutic professionals unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials, practices, and branding related to Pleasure Medicine are the intellectual property of Gary Albert. No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

5.2 Sharing our content for promotional or educational purposes requires prior permission.

6. Privacy

6.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected via the website or event registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
