Unlike typical nightclub environments, Pleasure Medicine offers a substance-free, heart-centered approach to movement and connection.

Absolutely not! Pleasure Medicine is an Ecstatic Dance for gay men in London, designed for all levels of movement experience. There are no choreographed routines to learn or "right ways" to dance. The facilitator guides the experience with simple instructions that everyone can follow, encouraging each person to move in ways that feel natural and authentic to them. When and where does Pleasure Medicine take place?
Currently Pleasure Medicine is held at Green Place Studios, 127A Elderfield Road, E5, London. Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the event begins at 7:00 PM-9:15 PM

What should I wear to Pleasure Medicine?

Many participants choose athletic wear, loose-fitting clothes, or anything that feels good to move in. Some people enjoy dressing expressively or bringing elements that help them feel more embodied and free. The space is non-judgmental, so wear whatever helps you feel most comfortable in your body. The experience remains fully clothed as we are not an overtly sexual space.

Who created and facilitates Pleasure Medicine?
Pleasure Medicine was created by Gary Albert, a musician, conscious DJ, embodiment facilitator, and hypnotherapist with over 12 years of experience in healing and transformation. Gary has supported hundreds of clients to embody their gifts, express their authentic selves, and live with greater meaning, purpose, and pleasure. His background in music and healing informs the immersive soundscapes and embodiment practices that make Pleasure Medicine a unique experience.
What training or background does the facilitator have?
